It's a pretty little place in the Hotel premises. The staff is way too promising and courteous. Didn't try the food here, yet giving it a 4.5. In between work, I had about 20 minutes for a good CHAI BREAK. Since it's just opposite my workplace, I headed over here. Ordered JASMINE PEARLS with ALMOND COOKIE and a CHOCO CHIP COOKIE 🍪. Served in a beautiful cup, the tea is an artisan tea with a magical aroma and health benefits too. So the experience was, I added milk to it by mistake(Which you are not supposed to do) And spoiled the tea. So the guy was too courteous that he replaced my tea for nothing cuz they had forgot to tell that milk ain't added in such teas. Okay being a blogger I must know this, but was working side by side over my laptop ☹️. All in all, GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Great place for coffee and sandwiches, they offer variety of coffee and tea line up is really unique. We visited this place only for coffee and ended up order ordering cold coffee and 30ml shot coffee and both we really tasty plus 30ml shot coffee was really strong , also we had chicken sandwich which was well made. In a wrap up it was quite good time there, just service was slow as we had to wait 20 plus minute for 2 coffee and sandwich. Other than this, no issues.

Cappuccino & cold coffee Cappuccino was good but there no art. Cold coffee was amazing!! It had a hint of vanilla. Ambience: it's literally a corner at the entry on the right side, a counter with cakes and sweets. There is no immediate seating and we had to ask a manager. We were directed to the "Hibachi" seating, another restaurant in Icon. It was cosy with cedar all along the floor & accents with plants and green cushions. My favourite part was the burning candles by the entryway which you can spot inside. We went to icon because of the 24/7 timing listed here. It is FALSE. We were told to leave as it closes at 11:30 pm. Go to another 24/7 if it's for a late coffee. If you're in the sec 8-9 area, it's a good place for a quick coffee.

The Good - Great place for some yummy sweet stuff. Located at the entrance of Hotel Icon, this little bakery has some GOOD stuff! The cupcakes are worth a try and all the different cakes are pretty good too. I have tried different stuff at different times and had a good experience every time! The Bad - Location. Nestled inside a hotel in a corner isn't the best place for a good bakery. So I do wonder how fresh the items are as the footfall doesn't seem to be that much. Also, the prices are on the higher side for sure!
