Insane!

I have been going To this restaurant since 20 years. Although the place has changed owing to the renovation. The food is still the same- mouthwatering delicious. It’s my favourite place in town for mutton Biryani and Butter chicken with roomali. Every item is worth every penny you spend. Plus with Zomato gold, this meal doesn’t pinch your pocket as much ;)

The mouth-watering smell emanating from a tandoor where naans are being cooked, the sweet scent of saffron-milk as it is. poured into a biryani and the smell of the last dollop of butter added to an. almost-ready dal makhani; these are. the kind of treasures that can be unlocked at Tijouri, the Indian specialty Restaurant at Radisson Blue Atria.

It has been quite some time that I posted a blog about my dining experience, well that doesn’t mean I was out of the scene, just that I was caught up with random trips outside the city and work took a major toll on me! I still managed to visit some new places with great concepts that I shall be talking about them in my subsequent blogs but this post here is about Tijouri, which remains as the most authentic address for tastes from North and South Frontier regions.

Few restaurants in town that can cater to old world flavours like Tijouri can. At a recent dinner I was able to cherish all the flavours I remember from my childhood which has been lost in the modern restaurants.     Located inside Radisson Blue Atria, Tijouri is conveniently located in the heart of the city and easily accessible from any part of namma Uru. Perfect to celebrate a special occasion or enjoy a quite and sophisticated meal.     We tried the Nawab set Menu and it was a very scrumptious meal. The luscious and oh so delicious Tamatar Dhaniya Shorba was heavenly, creamy Dal makhani, soft and silken Paneer, perfectly cooked Naans and Kulchas, and the Biryani and Curry leaf rice were perfectly cooked.     The dessert platter was a clear winner in my opinion...    If you have not visited this hidden gem, then you are missing on some of the best meals to be had in Bengaluru

Great ambience. Food was good. Their meal courses are worth trying. Tried chicken soup, malai broccoli, kozhi chukka, jhinga tandoor, dum biryani mutton and paan baked yoghurt.
