My family and I went to The Rogue Elephant restaurant for lunch. We were warmly welcomed by the owners, Anand and Sheila, and then escorted to our table. The ambience of the restaurant was very homely and comfortable. The menu cards were clean, as was everything else. The staff served us politely and with a smile. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. The salad was one of the best I have tasted, the soup was perfect, and the main course was as abundant as it was tasty. The overall mood of the place was one of aliveness, and serenity at the same time. Anand and Sheila are very thorough, and thoughtful in serving their guests. They were cordial to all who where there. It's obvious that serving such delicacies, with so much gracefulness, is their passion. I warmly recommend anyone who wants to experience a superb meal, in a comfortable space, to go and check it out. You will be happy for it.

This place is lovely and probably the only romantic garden restaurant in the Basavanagudi area. You'll forget you're in Bangalore for a while that you spend here. I'd rate them 5/5 for the ambience. I didn't quite like the food. What they served was probably a very different taste for me to adapt to (though I have an appetite for quite a few varied cuisines). Also, they don't take orders after 8 PM and shut down too soon! That's one the major drawbacks of this place.

We just stumbled upon this cosy garden cafe near lalbagh garden. I was surprised that Bangalore still has such a homely place. Food was good, the waiters were courteous and service was quick. This restaurant is a hidden gem inside the hustle and bustle of Bangalore. I would definitely go back.

The best Fettuccine I have had so far is here. Not just the fettuccine, you can find various other options for pasta on the menu and i would say they are all the best. Also, I have to say they serve one of the best Hummus and Pita here. You go here on Sundays you get to meet this very humble and peppy person running about catering to all the customers. The staff is really warm.
