Extremely bad service experience. Wrong order delivered on the table, extremely spicy food, potatoes not cooked because it was done in utter hurry due to wrong order on table, delay in delivering naans, kids waiting and the wait is endless that the appetite dies. and then you pay full bill amount for such experience. and this is not the first time that i had bad experience here. totally totally black listed from my list of eating out options.

A very pleasant ambience, seems you are away from the hustle of the city when you are just steps away ... We did not try the buffet. We chose from the menu. Buffet do seems competitively prices. The Cutlery is very unique, each of them a tool on one end... like a spanner / screwdriver etc.. but I’d not quite understand the theme... may be just a novelty. We tried a soup. few starters and a pizza... the paya soup was good and flavourful. Set the tone for the starters. The portions are very small - just 4 small sized prawns on the Peri Peri Prawns Tandoor and for the Teriyaki Chicken, it was adequate and tasty. Fresh and succulent. The icing on the cake was the pizza, it was excellent - the BBC Today High... the minced meats was perfect topping with the juicy cheese. Don’t try the mock tails they were a let down. And of course pricey again... but not worth it. The staff were very courteous and efficient. This place is definitely not for senior citizens / disabled. It’s incorrect on the profile. There is no ramp, only stairs and it’s not easy... and is difficult. May be I will go back for the pizza!

Visited this place for a normal lunch out.....The ambience is awesome but the service was utterly disappointing..while the staff was nice the service was really slow....we ordered golden fried cheese corn balls n murg masala lollipop in starters.. coming to the main course we ordered multigrained roti n butter naan n brihmingham balti chicken ..and by the time cheese corn balls reached it was already if they have prepared it one hr back n served it when we ordered.... didn't find anything out of the box or so delectable to mention here...over all not so happy with this place..
