One of the worst Subway experiences so far...we visited the outlet on a weekday afternoon when teh food court was practically empty...despite that servicing our order took 25 minutes - thanks to the lady behind the counter being more interested in her mobile call than our order. The wait however did not mean good food - the vegetables were not fresh. And for the first time ever heard that we can have only three sauces on our Subway...Definitely avoidable

Visited this place while I was in Phoenix. The food is mediocre and below subway standards on top of that service is very poor. We had to wait 30 Mins just to get a sub which is too long and frustrating. Bad experience.

Recently visited this subway. It is located inside Phoenix marketcity mall. The service is awful. Be prepared to wait 20 to 30 mins just for a sub. Ordered a Mexican tikki sub and salami sub, with roasted garlic bread. I was satisfied with the food. Although in comparison to other subways, the subs served here are inferior in terms of quality. The service is too bad.

I somehow feel they keep the worst subway breads here. I am not fond of other restaurants in Phoenix food court, so at times I end up having a subway in expectations that the bread would be better this time, but it is never good.

Oven never works in this place so they wouldn’t even toast the bread. Staff is not at all trained their service is very slow, they don’t understand anything.
