Food is below average. Wanton soup served at a cheapest eatery is far more flavourful. The crispy lotus stem was just sweet ketchup. Salt and pepper prawn was not at all succulent and lacked flavour. Seemed as though it was made and kept before being brought to the table. The barbecue bao buns were powdery and not much can be said about the filling. To sum it up a lot needs to be done to up the quality of the food served for the price.

インド中華はどうしても味濃い目、油多めになりがち。こちらは流石のシャングリラブランドなので事前に加減を聴いて調整してくれるという有難い対応。昼の飲茶はもちろん、夜の会食向けまでオーセンティックな中華を堪能出来ます。夜はセットコースがオススメ。北京ダックも入れてのフルフルで2800ルピーとリーズナブル。

I wasn’t happy with my experience at Shang palace. All the dishes served was very oily. Felt like eating just oil and the flavor of the food was hidden due to the excess oil in the food. The food also had a ting of strange taste in all the dishes. Totally wasn’t a good experience. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Sublime!!! The dining experience here is understated and elegant. Right from the visual touchscreen menus to the guided culinary tips this restaurant is doing it right. The food was superb. Worth repeating

Dinner at Shang Palace last night was a mixed bag..enjoyed the succulent texture of the Fried Silken Tofu though the oil seeping around the dish was a turn-off. The Panfried noodles were very bland and low on salt and also low on the quantity of noodles wrt the veggies and sauce. Shang Palace is known for its moderate pricing but ₹495 for just 4 pieces of the panfried spinach dim sum seemed out of proportion with the quantities in the rest of the dishes. The Green Chilli chicken also disappointed with its jumble of rather hard pieces of fried chicken with a surfeit of fried green chilies and Sichuan peppercorns, and no sauce or anything to pull the dish together. Overall the dishes seemed to have been hastily slapped together and brought to the table without even a garnish or care of presentation. Service was quick and good though a bit sloppy with things like leaving the soup bowls and spoons on the table though we didn’t order a soup.
