In the corner of the food court, is this really cozy place which gives you a very warm feeling. Petoo is a chain of restaurants and I guess, somewhere close to 18 outlets are live and running in Bangalore. I love their food. Completely. Wholly. Dedicatedly. Religiously. However, I get to experience different kind of service in the outlets that I've visited till now. Service is an area where there is a lot of scope of improvement. A must visit if you happen to be shopping in the inorbit mall.

This is the first time I visited this place. I had ordered for samosas for takeaway. First of all, it took a lot of time to pack/cook the samosas. I’m still okay with that because i then expect the food to be good if it takes time. Secondly, they mention in the menu that they serve samosas with tamirand chutney. When my takeaway came I asked the person if they have the chutney inside the packet. He said that chutney is not available and gave me some sauce sachets (*facepalm* :|). When i came home.. the samosas looked like they have been fried a number of times (refer to the attached pic). The taste was not special either. On top of that Rs. 20 per samosa. Wow! Not visiting here again. Thank you very much.

This outlet is a small cozy place in the Inorbit mall. The walls are artistically decorated with catchy lines which match with their menu. It is a self service outlet. The staff is courteous but the service is quite slow. It took them more than half an hour to prepare our order even if there was not much rush. Coming to the food, I loved their chapatis which were Well cooked and veg kadai with flavours to satisfy your taste buds. We also took Kofta Pandey , very well prepared but not as good as veg kadai. And the winner I would say would be their raita priced at just 15 rs and you can eat loads and loads of it. Over all a good pocket friendly place for lunch. Will try their snacks next time. But guys you really need to improve your service time.

Ordered cook-roo-koo biryani(the spelling may be wrong) and Charminar biryani. The Charminar biryani is not at all an authentic Andhra style biryani as they mentioned in description but the taste is delicious. The aroma of food is just so good, gives you the biryani vibes. Also ordered kulfi milkshake here and that's super yummy. The service is fast. Also its an economic place.
