Decent food. Nothing great about ambience. Would recommend using them for home deliveries so that there ya limited wait time. Loved their garlic and aloo paratha. Sublime flavour.

Very poor service. Don't care about serving the customer by making excuses such as food not available, minimum 30 min to take the order even if the restaurant is empty. Focus only on deliveries.

Been there with my one of the friend. Odered palak paneer ,vindi masala and some prathas. Taste was ok ok.. Ambiance was gud.. Prices are normal.. Main point to change is to improve there service.. Otherwise its ok place for paratha lovers..

I don't think my experience of a restaurant can get any worse. While climbing the stairs, it was dark, gloomy and stinking as though some public toilet was nearby. Yes, some construction was going on the floor above and I thought something has gone wrong there. When we entered the place, it stopped stinking but at the same time it started suffocating as the place was smoked up due to lack of ventilation. I turned on the fan and decided to sit since the tables were just ok. But again the old furniture and all trash was dumped near dining area only. We were in a hurry and didnt want to spend time searching for another restaurant, we decided to dine in. Going to wash my hands was a wrong decision since that area was more like dungeon. Fortunately no bats. We were discussing about leaving the place then came the yuckiest shock, two big rats came running under our table. I yelled at the guy at counter but he did not utter a word. And came the food also, hesitatingly we started eating. I must agree, it tasted more or less like their other branches and that's only reason I rate them 1.5 else it would have been zero. Not recommended to anyone under any circumstances.

Very low on hygiene. Along with food, you might find any random inedible substance in your plate - from hair strands to plastic chip. It was a horrible experience.  Affordable food but not edible. The HSR outlets are better. This one is awful though. Hygiene - 0/5 Food (Taste)- 1/5 Value/Money - 4/5 ( If only the food did not have inedible substances) On my 'Visit Again' list - NO
