late delivery even after taking extra money for delivery...poor service

I happened to travel to Bangalore for a vacation and was staying in Whitefield. I am a fan of indian version of MacD burgers since we don't get that in Dubai. I ordered through Zomato on 26th June and apparently the restay declined the order of more than 500. Without giving any reason. Then I tried calling the call center to place the order and wasted 15 mins with the guy just to give me my address and the order taking was not yet started.. he kept me on hold 3-4 times as he said system is not working. Finally I gave up and asked him to give me a number of complain center and he hung up the phone... What a pathetic customer care center and that's how you treat a customer????? Shame on me MacDonald. You call yourself an international chain and give this kind of experience in India to a customer who receives top notch services abroad. I have decided not to eat MacDonald ever in India. You guys really need to wake up and do something about technological advancement in a city like Bangalore
