This place was good and as usual McDonald's signature food was awesome. Not overly crowded was the good thing about this outlet. Recently I noticed the branch has moved or is getting renovated.

Well...

It's located right on the Bannerghatta main road, opposite to Reliance Mart. The first time I went, the fries were a little salty and I was quite disappointed, since we had to throw away some. Nevertheless, we decided to visit again, and we again found the fries to be very salty. They really need to improve on that, since fries are one of the highlights of McDonald's.

brown packets were dirty from the bottom. Found a piece of hair inside the lid of coke drink. Fries and veggies from burger were splattered and more than half of it were falling out of the fries's n burger packets. it was disgusting  and cold food.  Whoever reads it trust all these words. It's not a biased opinion about this fast food restaurant. It happen that why I felt like giving a feedback for sure. Tried to give this feedback directly on the mcdelivery URL but after filling the feedback it just does not submit the form or take it in.  It keeps on showing processing symbol without accepting the feedback. So I had to post it here

I have ordered home delivery twice and have gone there for dine-in a few times. The delivery is unbearably slow both the times. The food too was cold. Had it been for my daughter, I would have cancelled it. I have decided not to order home delivery ever again from here. Dine-in is slightly better but nowhere near the McDonald's standard. There have been misc issue, e.g. once I was told lettuce is finished after I had placed the order for paneer wrap, messing with choice of coll drinks etc.

via 'The Food Dossier' Regardless of how one feels about McDonald's and their food, there's no denying the fact that they've created and maintained a monster of a brand globally and a lot of that comes down to a certain standard in terms of hygiene, cleanliness and consistency in product that people have come to expect from any outlet of the brand you can walk into, anywhere in the world. Not here though. We've been to this outlet several times and each time there have been issues with their product. We've shared an image with this review from a simple google search to show McDonald's employees what a McFlurry is actually supposed to look like. Next time you get a McFlurry that is barely half full, please show them this image and tell them, the McFlurrys come with those open top lids because they're supposed to fill 'em all the way up and not half the quantity of the cup. Don't let em play you like that. Another image of the wings was courtesy a different customer at the outlet that was complaining about her wings being undercooked while we were placing our order. Meanwhile, our order of the McSpicy Chicken came dry af (Check Image) and took them another 2 more tries to make it half decent. Clearly, the guys running this place have no clue how a fast food joint works and are ruining the hard earned McDonald's name. The only saving grace for this outlet is that it's very well kept in terms of cleanliness compared to a few other outlets we've been to in the city. Parking is also a problem here, more often than not. All in all, if you ain't dying of hunger, avoid this outlet like the plague. The one a little further up the road at Meenakshi Mall is a fairly better in terms of food and might be worth the extra couple kms.
