I wanted to try something different apart from my Favorite Meghana's once. But I guess, it is still Meghana's for me all the way. I will let you decide which is better but my final verdict is that maybe there isn't any place better than Meghana's that I'd rather have biriyani in Bangalore.

My favorite restaurant in the whole wide world and the biryani is just amazing! As I'm a picky eater, I find it easier to eat the biryani here without putting much effort in picking up the leaves and other things in the biryani.

Taste - 4/5, Service - 4/5, Ambience - 3/5, Value for money - 4/5 This place is all about biryani, biryani and biryani only. They have biryani of the day concept with deep discounts, do choose them to save money. Also if you in a group it is more profitable considering they have multiple options and offers for higher portions of biryani. Boneless chicken biryani regular - 4/5  It is served with generous bowls of raita and curry. It had one whole egg and enough chicken pieces. Regular size is just about right portion for an average adult. It was garnished with fried onions, the basmati rice was cooked to perfection, it had absorbed all the flavors and masala, the rice was juicy and was not dry, overall it was perfect biryani. Any biryani lover would bet on it.  Mutton Biryani regular - 4/5 I went there on one of the Thursdays, mutton biryani was the biryani of the day. They say it serves 2 people, but I could manage it alone. It was served with larger bowls of raita and curry. Mutton Biryani was flavorful and I could not resist the aroma, it had about 5-6 pieces of mutton. The biryani was garnished with fried onions. Mutton pieces was juicy and separating from the bone with little effort. The pieces were succulent. Long grains of rice was perfectly cooked and had absorbed all juices from mutton and biryani spices. I used take about spoonful portion of rice, pluck piece of mutton, little raita and eat it. I could sometimes feel the crunch from fried onions. It was perfect biryani and mani's biryani has this distinct taste and slight tanginess from the masala. Service was quick, I got my order in quick time, I had been to the place around 5pm. Need to check how they serve during peak hours. During my next visit, I went there around 12:30pm, the place was totally empty and during the time I was eating as well, nobody came in. Bit strange, considering it seems to be popular. Value for money, compared to other biryani joints, found this place to be fair priced. If you choose biryani of day, it is much more cheaper. Also ordering in group, more profitable. I recommended this place for biryani lovers.
