I wish i could give -1 rating to these guys. The order was delivered late and was told that it will be delivered in 5 minutes and took 20 minutes.

It was good experience for me in KFC I have ordered for mingols bucket tasty well cook value for money......good service..it was on food court.. .....,🤗🍟🍔🌭🌮.

Had experienced a very good Tasting product and which was really good and fulfilled experience even on the Crowded day we get the great tasting product on time.

I ordered a supercharger burger meal and a chicken longer from this outlet. While chicken longer and half of the supercharger burger tested okay (though all were dead cold); the remaining supercharger burger tasted stale. Some portion of it was so bitter that I had to spit out and the remaining had strong smell of chemical in parts. The smell of the chemical resembled that of bleaching powder. Upon discussing with your restaurant people, we understood that the vegetables are cleaned with chemicals. Though, i did not ask for a refund/replacement meal; just to bring it to the notice of the management, I raised a complaint with the store manager and their area sales manager. Upon receiving of the email, the area sales manager called and started explaining about the process they follow to keep the food fresh (the shelf life of the product, cold chain process etc.). In the process, he said store does not use any chemicals, they only use sanitizers (sanitizers are not chemicals?) to clean the vegetables. He also said, KFC procures products from the best of the brands, so there is no chance of going wrong. Then, I again told that I saw the chef mopping the floor with bare hand, followed by which, the chef cleaned her hands at washbasin and started preparing my burger. I asked him what if the there is a mistake from the chef as they do not use gloves. The sales manager started telling me stories about how they maintain a multi step process to maintain hygiene where the first step being cleaning hands using hot water (at 45deg C) and this process is maintained across stores strictly. When I asked him to explain what I saw, he reiterated the fact that they follow process strictly. After listening to this, I realized I was wasting my time listening to this person as he was only interested in blaming me for raising the issue to him. I will never go back to KFC again, and will suggest my friends and family the same.

Was here for a quick meal with Dad on a Saturday afternoon. it's primarily a take away center. the lady serving was very helpful. Worth a repeat visit when I m in Phoenix Mall again.
