Wow amazing taste 😍 I visited this outlet in the phoenix mall food court. They have various flavours for their shakes but i settled for the flavour of the day which was strawberry. The shake was of medium consistency not at all thick , tasted really good but wasn't anything extraordinary for what they charge.

Right at the Phoenix food court. Was Craving for coffee so Ordered cold coffee. Taste was a let down, I could make a better cold coffee myself. Maybe it was a weekend crowd, and two guys trying to serve all the customers.

With Keventers being such a famous brand when it comes to milkshakes, I'd expect the staff to be a little more accomodative. However the staff behavior here, unlike other Keventers, needs to be much more refined. They probably piss customers off because they feel that Phoenix being a busy mall, they can get away with it. Still not appreciable. As I see it, one does not sell milkshakes. One sells the brand. And staff behavior starts playing acrucial role there.

We ordered Chocolate Hazelnut large container for takeaway but it doesn't feel anything worth for 270 INR as it was full froth and nothing tasted distinct.

I had a Rasmalai Milk shake the other day. Was heavenly! The iconic glass bottles give a very special feel. Hope they expand to tier 2 cities.
