I ordered veg rolls and delivery took little long but rolls was hot and tasty was awesome. I loved corn roll than the veg mixed roll. Batata vada chat taste is good.

They might be serving good rolls, but I'm very disappointed by the sides they are serving. I ordered chicken chizzeria, which first of all was very small in size as compared to the picture shown in the menu. The price being ₹100, it was pretty small in size. And secondly, taste was also not upto the mark. The base was completely made of maida, and there were hardly 1-3 pieces of chicken inside and was a spicy too. Was very disappointed as Kaati Zone is very popular for the quick bites they serve.
Had Chicken Shami kebab roll and Chicken tikka roll. Nothing special here other than rolls in mall. Average taste with bit rough maida roll stuffed with chicken and mostly onions and very less sausages. Won't recommend to give a try here. Neither i will try again. Doesn't worth the cost. Street side tuck shop rolls will be better than what they make.

One of those nights when we were working late at office, we decided to order in from Kaati zone. I order a veg combo which consisted of a corn and peas roll,a vegetable cutlet, french fries and an aam panna(paper boat). Though I'm not a fan of paper boat juices,I still love the idea that instead of selling colas Kaati zones are pushing an Indian product with their combos. French fries - Super tasty! They can easily compete with the McDonald's fries which I consider the best! Veg cutlet & veg roll - Good Paper boat (Exchanged it with a friend for his share of fries)

No excuse for serving stale food. Meat in the chicken tikka roll was stale ,had a weird odour. Though the biriyani seemed fine. I had placed an order for home delivery yesterday, directly on their website. Very disappointed.
