Was very excited as hokey pokey is considered as one of the best icecream parlours in Bangalore .But it wasn't anything like I expected it to be . Order took a lot of time . I tried the FERRERO SURPRISE AND RED VELVET . I liked ferrero surprise . Red velvet was that good . Ambience - 2/5 Price -3/5 Icecream - 3/5

I went to this place expecting a lot and came back very disappointed. I ordered the karamel sutra and the guy at the counter didn't know to make it. He then proceeded to go out and call another guy from outside to make the icecream. I was fine till here. The new guy then proceeded to make an icecream which was not what I had ordered. When I pointed out the mistake, he refused to listen and tried to cover it up. I didn't want to create a scene so I accepted it. The icecream which he made was hurriedly made and the cone was stale. I had high expectations from this franchise and this experience has ruined it totally.

I was informed by the staff that this place is either soon to close or be taken over by another brand. They had trouble with their frozen slab equipment. The ice cream roll turned to molten slob in seconds. Pictures at store are for deceptive depiction only.

Had the guava chilli and a coffee based chocolate flavored ice cream. They could work on the chocolate one as the coffee overpowered the chocolate. No fun! The guava chilli was one of the best ice creams I've ever had. It's spicy, fresh and it's an ice cream.
