The Belgium chocolate ice cream tasted horrible and was too sweet same as the vanilla mocha shake my friends ordered (that tasted like milk and sugar)The staff was not friendly at all and refused and ignored us when we wanted to give feedback for the same....no value for money at all...and this is supposed to be a foreign brand!!! Completely disappointed!!!

Best place ever been for icecream. The ice cream quality is very mice. Its in the Phoenix mall infront of Zara showroom. Pretty decent sitting options but yes when crowd is there difficult to find a place. I loved the icecreams 👍🏻👍🏻

We tryed this brand on my brother's birthday, as it was a special occasion. But it was not worth it at all... Muffin was very ordinary, ice cream not so good , naturals ice cream is way better than this. Above all, it's overly priced ! Definitely not recommend this. Staff not courteous...

Impolite staff coupled with something that barely passes as ice cream and waffles. Haagen Dazs is a favourite of mine from Qatar, but this particular outlet gave a different story. It was definitely not worth the price, the ice cream tasted more like syrup and the waffles were quite soggy when we received it. Will definitely not recommend.

Came here for an ice cream.. found the service horrible.. The ice cream was good but found the attitude of the staff while serving very rude.. They should really work on their behavior and people skills.
