Very bad n pathetic food . Ordered half tandoori chicken n I got two piece of chicken . Chicken is not well cooked.. horrible experience 😡..

Be very careful with these cheaters. On many occasions they have served display pieces which are on the table for sometime, to unsuspecting customers (They will remove plastic cover ontop of the plate which was on display and he will put it on top section of table, mingled with fresh plates from inside).  They are a disgrace for brand 'Gongura'. The quality of food is below average. Biryani didn't take good.

There is nothing really that redeems this place. Made a mistake by ordering from here. The food is stale, the service is bad and the whole stall looks unhygienic.

This outlet is in Phoenix Marketcity. Typical Andra cuisine. If you ever wish to set your taste buds on fire this is the place !! We ordered chicken lollipops and pot Biryani as this place is famous for pot biryani . Biryani was really tasty and most fire setting part was to have the chicken lollipops. It was nevertheless a challenge to us !! Spiciest at its highest order ! I love spicy food so I quite enjoyed it weeping literally!! Sweet tooth’s — Dont even dare to try !! It’s the best spiciest dish I have ever had !

I had food at gongura on the basis of my friend recommending the restaurant and claiming that they have the best chilli chicken and boy was I disappointed. I order the Andra chilli chicken at the restaurant which costs around 220ish if I’m not mistaken, the price is not an issue if the food was to taste nice the dish it self was appalling and quite frankly just bad I don’t want to sound rude but everything from the presentation to the service was much below standards. On order the food I was given a tentative waiting time of 10min and after that it was extended to 30 min, after a strenuous 40min wait I was presented with a combo tray which consisted of literally 4-5 pieces of boney deep fried, oily and tasteless meat and a subpar green chutney. Definitely not worth it and in my opinion the restaurant management really needs an overhaul. Not what one would except when coming for Andra cuisine.
