Wanted to eat out. Found out about this place on Zomato. Called both the numbers listed. One of them was a wrong number. The other didn’t bother picking the call. Drove down basis Google maps. The area is deserted and we couldn’t find the alchemy. I don’t know if Zomato regularly audits if the places they feature are even open or not.
I was at the event where Food Alchemy catered. Food was fresh, light, flavourful and extremely satisfying. Day 1 - pita bread, falafel, hummus was great. Watermelon juice and pasta salad complemented well. Day 2 - gazpacho soup, Mexican rice, peanut-paneer-fruit salad was awesome. Never had these combinations before.

I had never thought I could enjoy eating pita bread and hummus (being a huge fan of spicy food)...as much as I did when I tried it at Food Alchemy during a recent workshop I attended. I loved the Mexican Rice with a spicy sauce on the side and the fruit and nut salad was absolutely delish. I also had the Gazpacho, which was super refreshing and yum! I honestly went back for a second serving for all the items...overall, an experience that made both my heart and tummy very happy!!
