Daily Bread Reviews and Ratings - New Thippasandra, Bengaluru

If you do not want to eat stale food please dont visit this place.I asked the server for chicken puff and he told one was available in the freezer and on being asked if it was made today he did not reply properly and dint seem sure. I then packed home a veg puff which was on display but unfortunately it was stale. He did not even bother to heat it properly. You get much fresher and tastier puff in any not so fancy neighbourhood bakeries. I am never visiting this pace again .

Good Enough

Though I didn't receive great reviews about this place, I happen to visit this place yesterday as there was no other dessert place nearby. I tried the Dutch truffle pastry. To my amazement the pastry turned out to be quite good. The pastry was soft and very chocolaty. I was pleasantly surprised. I will surely recommend this place to my peeps who have a sweet tooth like me.

The place is not so great but ok. They have very limited choice. I mostly used to buy bread. But they don't have any good variety French bread. Also the brown bread is not so fresh and too dry. Most of the time out of stock.

Most disappointing experience ever! A place that calls itself a patisserie/boulangerie doesn't even have a basic French baguette has to be the most shameful thing. I visited this place Saturday morning looking for some artisan bread like sourdough or ciabatta and even try some of the bread bowl buns or bagels. If I only wanted sliced brown bread with flakes of rolled oats stuck on top, I can buy that from my neighborhood kirana shop. Keeping few croissants in show window doesn't classify any place as a French bakery. I ended up buying a pack of sliced brown bread which turned out 100% average. It was neither rustic nor had any taste that a freshly baked goodness has.

Found a wood piece in whole wheat bread bought at thippasandra branch near 80 feet road. Sent email to daily bread but till now no action is taken on this. I have tried contacting one of the officials, but looks like they do not have any interest in looking into this issue. I have stopped buying Daily bread products.
