There is an outlet at Forum Neighborhood Mall which is not listed in Zomato so had to pen down my experience here. The feedback is for the Forum Mall outlet. Looks like a very pretty little outlet from outside however, the food they server on the contrary is not good. Had ordered sesame pretzels was not good at all too dry and extremely chewy. Had also order a chicken pizza. It was horrible, the pizza was stale and the base was over baked, it felt like biting into a rusk not a piece of pizza !!! We provided the staff with the feedback while leaving and the person in charge was did not even bother he was busy taking orders. Horrible experience ever. The only thing good there was the classic lemonade.

Ok so had been to this outlet at forum mall whitefield....cashier was so arrogant...like woww doing us a favour....and the girl responsible for parcels...was busy laughing..... no idea for what ...but this did feel insulting....plz come to ground level....howz the food no idea... but customer service... ?

This place has been closed went to the mall today was so disappointed. Tried this place once and it was quite nice enjoyed the pretzel and cinnamon buns
