Please remove the option of sugarless teas if you cannot provide it. First time I was given a sugar tea even after ordering sugarless. On second day I was told that the outlet doesn’t sell sugaless teas. When I pointed out the option on the menu, they just said - we don’t have it. Really disappointing

Am a firm believer in Chai Point as a QSR that has solved a problem we all have. A Quick and Hygiene chai joint with no frills attached. Having said that, here is a place which accepts orders on Swiggy platform and closes the restaurant before the Rider can pick up from the restaurant. We were waiting for an hour to realise these guys closed the restaurant and went on a jolly ride. Ridiculous Service.

Best place to have chai along with light snacks like samosa or cookies. Quantity wise one medium cup would be sufficient for two 😊. Try ginger lemon or just hot lime tea.

One good tea shop, delivers nice cup of tea. Quantity of tea is enough for 2. Costs more, but worth a go. With a variety of options, you can select the one suits you best. Must try ginger tea.

U order one thing and they deliver aanother. Is it so difficult to understand the difference between Ginger Tea and Lemon Tea..??? Customer places an order and it is cancelled by Chai Point with a reason that there is no one to deliver. Wow.. Why are U in business then..?? Shut Down and sit at home. Zomato takes no action about it.. in spite of giving so many feedback and escalating the matter. All they have to say is "Sorry" That doesn't help.. doesn't help at all.
