Drink - 2.4 Service - 2.5 Ambience - 4 Worthiness - 1.5 I am a coffee person, but not a Café Coffee Day person. I had ordered a Vanilla Cream Devil's Own Frappe. It tasted terrible. The whipped cream had a lot of sugar to it. The coffee was terrible. Coming to the pricing and service, the cost of the drink was one thing on the menu and totally different in the bill. They had added so much charges to the drink. They added ₹70 for cream without mentioning it on the bill. When questioned, they were rude! My cousin, who had ordered a Cafe Frappe with Cream, got one without cream. Also, when the drinks arrived, nobody even bothered to mention which drink is what. Absolutely terrible service and even more terrible coffee.

One of the crowded outlets as its located right inside the mall... staff not so well trained as like in other outlets.... quality and taste was too different when compared to other branches... never CCD again....

I got confused if I had coffee or water. Very dilute and tasteless. Ambience was also not that great. No more visits to this Branch.. 💰 wasted
