Packing was not good...

I ordered for a cold coffee ( frappe ), the quantity is half of the cup delivered. I’m extremely disappointed!!

Had ordered sandwiches it dint have that amazing taste but it was better and i felt it was not fresh. But the only thing i like here devils own in cold coffee

The most pathetic place you can find. Absolutely ill trained staff. Anything you ask on the menu they don't have it. I specifically asked for a regular capuccino(because that was the only option available). She billed me for a king size cappuccino. I realized only after I used my card. I asked her I need a regular not a king. She said they don't have the cups. The next minute she chucked the money I had paid in my hand and walked off. Totally uncouth.

This place is best suited for college-goers who only look for some decent hideaway to escape for a short while or bunk those boring lectures. In general, the place is Shabby and not well maintained. Staff is courteous and service is ok. There is no real ambiance to write home about..even in typical CCD terms, it's below par. Have been frequenting this outlet from the days it started business and i must say that the quality is only going south. I had been there recently on a warm sunny afternoon and was shocked to not find a single AC working! Are you kidding me? You charge your customer additional tax for being an air conditioned restaurant and you don't fix your AC's ? Even the food isn't always fresh. The freshness only depends on what you chose. If you lay your hands on something that's a fast-mover in the outlet, you probably would get it fresh. Else, it's a gamble. Smokers (esp. with a gang of buddies) usually don't give a $%#!£ about what's on the inside and rarely will the concentration be on food, and hence they might be able to tolerate the place with minimal complaints. -Bon Appétit!
