The coffee is always good here. The service is a bit slow. They need to work on there service. If you are a coffee person, then CCD is for you.

I did not even received my order and they hanged the status to delivered. What a pathetic service from Zomato n ccd. You owe me a refund !!!

I am in love my the cafe frappe at CCD. One of the very best cold coffees that i have ever had. The place is great to talk with friends and have a great time

I am totally clueless about why this store is under-rated!! The ambience, service and quality of food were all good. I had a mango peach smoothie and it was 👌😀

The cafe is very close to my Wipro HO on Sarjapur Road, could have been a good location for catching up with friends or business meetings. The place however doesn't live up to it. I would never want to review a cafe chain like this but had to due to poor experience twice. One weekday noon, I planned to meet a colleague at this outlet. It's summer and at 12, I asked for a lemonade. I was told it's not available. Asked for alternative water based cool drink, they had none. Disappointed I ordered a cafe frappe. I was served at room temperature and was tasteless. How could the cafe not have any ice. I had issues on quality of hot chocolate and unavailability of menu items earlier too. When I paid, they didn't have any change and wanted payment by card only so as to not make any change available. For me a Tapri chai/ coffee would have worked way better not just in taste but also customer service. There is no way I will ever visit this outlet again
