Small outlet with 1-2 staff, average performance if you are going for some customization. Asked for a strong cafe frappe and got light frappe with almost no sugar, had to ask to make it strong with some additional sugar.

Oh god this place is just super horrible. I ordered one masala chai n it was so disgusting!!!! The person who took the order told us it would taste great! But it was so pathetic. There was hardly a spoon of milk in a tumbler full of water. For this crap it was a waste paying so much. I would never ever visit this place again nor any other coffee days!! Just hated it!!!!

Definitely one of the most pathetic of CCD's in Bengaluru. The furniture of the Cafe is horrible! And adding to the issues the place is not clean and is located at a location where there is hell lot of noise from the mall speakers and the crowd walking by!! Easier way to say it, "It s**ks!"

with other cafes picking up, ccd is getting bored with same style and not so edible stuff..Preference moved away to starbucks and costa cofee from ccd
