Insane!

I hate basmati rice biryani which is available all over Bangalore. I used to travel from electronic city to this shop for their good and cheap biryani

Good Enough

There are many outlets that serve hot and relatively cheap Ambur biriyani all over Bangalore but I am told this is authentic. I like the taste and the way they serve it in banana leaves with adequate Raita and gravy . However this is the juciest Biriyani I have ever had

Personally I am a not a fan of Ambur Biryani since I feel that any Biryani made with rice other than Basmati does not qualifies to be one.Well I am sure many of would debate on this. Though I am not sure but I am reviewing this place assuming that this is one of the bangalore outlets of the famous briyani hotel in Ambur called "Ambur Star Briyani".  Please feel free to correct me if I erred here. This place , situated bang opposite the Wipro Corporate Office serves a limited menu that includes chicken biryani , Khuskha ( also commonly called Biryani rice) , kebabs and other starters. Like of most of these places , the dishes are moderately priced and thus become a favourite lunch / dinner destination for those seeking a decent meal at great prices. If you love ambur Biryani and live in and around sarjapur main road, do try a parcel from their offerings.

Went to this place for lunch. This place is opposite to the wipro office, so during weekdays it's jam packed with hungry corporate employees. There is no ambience because it's not restaurant it's a biriani outlet, but 10 persons can sit and have food. Coming to food they sell biriani but to be honest it's not biriani it's tomato rice, but the taste is good. The biriani is oily too. They sell a dish named kawab but it's a chicken 65 which tasted good. It is very pocket friendly the biriani (tomato rice) costs 70rs and the chicken 65 costs 40rs per 100gm. You can choose if you want chicken in your biriani or not based on that the price will reduce. Overall it's a decent to place to fill

It's a very small Biriyani place just opposite to Wipro gate. I won't talk and ambience as there is none. It's kinda of a Biriyani dhaba. There are only 3 items on the menu. Check Biriyani, Khuska, Chickens Kababs(Basically Deep Fried Chicken). The place is very small but clean. You might have to stand and eat during lunch time. But the Biriyani is awesome. It's a bit oily but the taste is very good. The biriyani Masala is pretty awesome too. One plate biriyani (Rice + 2 piece chicken) costs Rs 70. If you stay close to Wipro Sarjapur Road, get your bike and get the Biriyani parcel for family and friends. Must Try place.
