Today I went to 1947 RR Nagar outlet. Although I am a typical non vegetarian person but I love some veg dishes also. So for office team lunch we visited this restaurant. 1st of all the atmosphere of this restaurant is quite simple. No special arrangements or nothing extra was there to mention. Now come to food. We took buffet. There were 2 veg soups. Soups were really very good. I used to hate tomato soup. But today they prepared tomato cheese soup so well that I took twice. After soup, they served panipuri, palak chat. These 2 were simple. Just for one time tasting you can take. Panipuri water was sweet. So I didn't like. Then they served pasta with white sauce and red sauce. White sauce pasta was superb. I didn't expect that good taste. But the amount they were serving was very less. So we asked multiple times to serve white pasta. Then come to main buffet menu. Starter: Paneer kabab, gobi manchurian and some other alu starter. Paneer kabab was good in taste. But paneer was not soft. Gobi manchurian was also good. And the alu starter was okaish. Main menu: Paneer gravy, dal methi, polao, fried rice, noodles, vegetables manchurian, plain rice, rasam, curd rice and roti, naan, kulcha. Paneer masala was good. It taste good with butter naan. But the amount of butter in naan was tooooo much. I didn't find out any special vegetables in veg manchurian. It was a gravy only. Other than that all the items are very simple. I heard the name of this restaurant from many people. But I am not satisfied with the taste of the food. Desserts: Fruit malai, simai, one sweet and ice cream. Simai was terrific. I didn't find any taste of milk. It was only water. Fruit malai was good. And sweet was also good. So overall experience was average. Not too happy not too frustrated.

Service is so quick here & taste is great too ! Always satisfied when ever I have been here. Highly recommend this branch.. one among fav in veggie hotels !

Average place. Had their a la carte, which turned out to be a good decision. The paneer was surprisingly soft. The rest of the food was alright. My south indian family enjoyed the meal, though.

We ordered 1 starter, 1 platter and 2 deserts. The starter is good, apart from that, the platter and the deserts were a disaster. Just because the starter was good I gave a 2 star, apart from that rest of the experience was terrible. The service is so bad, for a fine dine this is the worst service I have ever seen. Massively understaffed. The existing staff too doesn't seem to be bothered much once order is taken. If you want to order more than once it will be a pain. Maybe for buffet folks wont face this.

The food tastes awesome! Mushroom kadai is my favourite.. The ambience is great along with the staff. Everything is well coordinated. A decent place for family dinner/lunch. The only thing is they should improve on the desserts in the buffet section. Overall,it’s a great place.
