The ambience was nice and dissent and the food was good . The soup was very nice but the cheese balls need improvement The main course paneer sabji was good but corn spinach mehti needs an improvement . The dal was awesome Desserts Expected more innovative desserts from your side but which were give was good The service was verry good . Over all i would like to give a 3 star

The Garden Cafe - The fern. The Fern is 5 star property and they maintain it by providing five star services and customer relations. Located at SG highway still this place keeps the Noise and crowd away. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. We opted for Indoor seating since its mansoon season. Both the ambience are good. We opted for Unlimited Buffet Dinner, which has multi cuisine buffet spread which includes Indian Chat and starters, salads, Oriental, asian, continental and Indian gourmet delights in veg and Non Veg preparations. Won't be listing the menu here but I would like to mention what all I liked. Rating of Menu: Out of 10 and special comments. Pani Puri : 8 (wow) Grilled Fish: 8 ( Good) Hyderabadi Chicken: 7 Kabab: 7 Honey cake: 8 Blueberry pastry : 8 Baked Gulab Jamun: 8 ( Gulab Jamun baked with Randi) On our request: Baked Macaroni : 8 Crispy Corn: 9.5 Thanks to staff for providing complimentary Birthday Cake. Very nice buffet options at Garden Cafe. They have nice veg and non veg options. Also there are variety of deserts. Staff is really helpful and try offer options. Loved the food

First of all I would suggest if you are looking for family dinner without buffet option this is not a place to select. You will find reason below It was my birthday and we went for family dinner over there. First thing they directly said to us after sitting was we have to choose buffet that’s what they serve regularly and because generally people don’t choose a la cart they will serve us the food but it will take longer time for the preparation(I find it to be a good excuse). If you have a la cart you should be prepared with it obviously you are running a well reputed restaurant in a well reputed hotel. What they served after taking lots of time was soup that was good, starter paneer tikka that was good too, main course paneer Kali mirch totally bland and at last the star stopper chicken biryani looking n tasting like a chicken pulav which cannot satisfy even 2ppl’s hunger. Seriously I was astonished by listings to them that you are going at a reputed place and they serve you such a poor service after so much of arguments. After waiting so long for everything that we order my family was completely pissed off and obviously everyone was unhappy with the dinner. I really found them completely unprofessional.

4.5 actually. Only because they put palak in the chicken. Disaster. But finally, finally a buffet in Ahmedabad that is not BBQ and has a decent non veg menu. Chicken starter- was okay, fish starter- very good. Egg biryani-is so not a non veg main course.  The Chaat selection and preparation was just amazing though. As for the veg, it was as good as any. Nothing bad, but nothing that stands out either. Maybe it was just my palette, but my veggie friends think it was one of the awesome food they have had. So, go figure.  They also have a good selection of desserts. So the meal ended on a sweet note. Service is Amazing (for the starters and Chaat). Ambience is just Wow.
