Unfinished food! Sign of lack of taste and hospitality! Feels like I paid ₹800 for dinner buffet just to eat pastas. Not a worth. Chef got into an argument just because he did not want to serve what was there in the menu. Would not ever want to come here again. Totally does not satisfy brand name of #sheraton

Would be better to make a Maggie at home. After waiting long time was food served maybe half an hour. Don't waste your money on ordering Pizza

The Eatery must be the smallest buffet place you can find among its league. And by small I do not only mean the size but the buffet spread too. The food is average, the Desserts are better than the main course. Service was below average, the ice dish counter and the chaat counter was vacant and despite of multiple inquiries, no one knew why it wasn't available. Despite of the pros, I won't be visiting this place anytime soon.

Had buffrt lunch here...there are very less options as compare to price charged... at the current price there need to be more options... there is one non veg option which was informed after asking the same... food is also average... not expected from a good brand like sheraton...

The restaurant served us the ice-cold food. Every single dish on the buffett was cold and trash. Therr is a better chance of getting better food and service on the streets than this place. We came here for a team dinner and it turned out to be a complete joke. The restaurant does not even take the feedbacks positively. We mentioned our griviences to the F&B Manager and the head chef and both stood their dumbstruck with no responses at all. The hotel does not own upto anything at all and does not care about taking ownership. #GoNever
