No whipped cream on home deliveries. Better to go down to the place and have the dessert rather than getting it delivered.

CHEATED.... Ordered one choco chip pastry and one choco excess pastry at chocolate room (satellite). At first, they informed us that they are out of stock for choco chip pastry. We revised the order to 2 choco excess. On receiving the order, what we get is 2 small half cut piece of some cake ( not sure if they were of choco excess). Certainly , the pieces were part of a cake and not individually prepared pastry. I am sharing he photograph of the piece of cake that we got and the actual choco excess pastry (shared by one of the customer on zomato) that we intended to deliver. Extremely disappointed and I will make sure that I do not recommend this restaurant to anybody as they have a cheating concept in their business model.
