Real good places which serve non-veg 'economically' and 'generously' are rare in Ahmedabad. Sigdi does good justice to these factors. We had visited Sigdi at Sarkhej outlet and had super mega foodfun. I saw the ratings and was a little apprehensive of the one at Vastrapur. I am so glad that we visited. We ordered for a full Tandoor chicken plate--meaty, juicy, succulent, perfect spices & actually felt like a full plate to us (I mean the quantity). Chicken Moglai was a very subtle flavored yet unique combination of egg drop in the gravy, I loved it with a decent Naan. Ambiance & seating is good enough The staff might need a little more training & polish-though honestly service to me is being served and not the polish per say so it worked for me! I hope Sigdi guys market this outlet more and sustain--will go there next to try the Rogan Josh which we had loved at the other outlet.
Great!

Food: 4.5/5 Service: 3/5 Ambience: 4/5 This is one of the best restaurant for non veg dinner. I really love the taste of food here and I visited this place yesterday but I was not happy with their service. They were really slow it took 45 mins for a single dish and there was not much rush than too. The dishes which I would recommend are “Leg Dhamaka”, “Chicken Angoori” and “Akroth Halwa”. Leg Dhamaka: 4.5/5 ( It has 6 different types of chicken leg pieces with cheese and chutney) Chicken Angoori: 4/5 ( It is boneless chicken with brown gravy and with cheese ) Akroth Halwa: 5/5

Went for a togo order. Asked the manager to suggest their best chicken gravy dish and he suggested chicken angara. I was quite excited to try a new restaurant and flavor much to my disappointment. The manager had suggested the dish to be spicy which was no where close to spicy. The quality of chicken was very poor/bad. Overall a let down experience for the money spend. If this dish is considered their best I'm not sure what to expect from the rest of menu items. Hope you guys work on your quality of chicken.
