Being a south indian food fan and planning to go Sankalp had kept me up with high expectations which in turn led to disappointment. Although i am a big critic when it comes to eating , but i usually don’t rate things below 3 unless i really feel the need to do so. We headed for a breakfast as we were on our tour in ahmedabad and i ended up ordering my favourite dish first which is Medu wada dip and when the wadas arrived you wont believe that they were so damn hard, i informed the staff and he is like wadas are hard only and he was unable to help me, being a south indian who knows better about south indian food if not me, the wadas were completely deep fried and this place has no value for money i felt it is too overpriced , specially the dosas , we then ordered onion uttappa which were quite good in taste but the waiter came up asking me if i want the utappa in oil or butter and i asked is it priced differently to which he replied yes , but then that was not even mentioned in the Menu, i can understand extra price for cheese but who charges seperately for oil and butter without even mentioning in the menu. Please brand , you need to look into the prices and the consistency in food quality.

Been to this place number of time still the taste nad favorites always sustained. Tried majority items from menu. Here are some favorites Masala Idli : Spicy and tempting. Idli prepared with tomato and onion pury. A must try starter from menu. Dosa platter : A variety of 3 small dosas. Its the better option for the first time visitors. Also try cheese corn dosa(kids special), Indian bhaji dosa, Sankalp special 4 ft dosa. Biryani : A goofd south-indian touch in spices. The rise quality and taste is delightful. Service is average and sometimes have to wait to have order prepared. Ambience is also average. Decent sitting capacity. A value for money with taste restaurant.

It's a good restaurant with quality food. Charges are little bit high but they also offer the best food for the same. In brief I liked the restaurant.
