Visited with Zomato Gold Membership: We have ordered Tiranga Paneer Barbeque and Awadhi Biryani. Their reactions were changed when I have said Visit with Zomato Gold. Few members were discussing order with Zomato Gold. It was so awkward. And food quality was worse. We felt like they are not serving proper portion of dish. They have said that Biryani will be served with Raita but they served with curd and said " Yahi aayega " Triranga Paneer: Same in color. Awadhi Birayani : Oily and spoiled taste. Worst ever restaurant experience.

Starting with soup it was avg .. BBQ was quite good ... additionally back dish and crispy corn was good in taste ... main course on an avg .. overall avg

Can't even imagine for saffron having such a worst service Hope that is not d reason for many outlets getting shut... Visited last Sunday n was feeling as if ruining ma Sunday Hope that can do better#saffron#gurukul#service

Poor service Poor taste Over pricey Poor cleanliness inside hotel Tanda khana Unecesserily adding of mineral water bottle price even if u have not ordered mineral water. Please eat only papad which is complimentary then come back home. Do check your bill carefully also. If you want to go to saffron then visit the restaurant near antarim regenta near navrangpura. Atleast you will enjoy the ambience there .

Food was good but very bad service, even after making request instead of being polite they revert back saying service is like this only. Waiters dont have manners to treat guests and even manager supports the waiter instead of listening to guests
