Had a worst experience here.....would advice not to go.... food is just average and the price is tooo much compared to the taste of food..... even the menu card on zomato is very old..... prices are much more than that....

Crown has always been my choice when I want quite and intimate lunch or dinners. This one though located in posh locality has very few visitors. And, i am happy about it. Even I have forgotten the count of my visits but I remember throwing many of my parties of here. The one thing that has always attracted me is its huge varieties of soups. This place is the only one that has such a huge cataloger of soups. Over the years, I have visited many hogging places in Ahmedabad - they all may have different soups but not so many options. To cut it short, I love it mushroom clear soup. It has a fine and decent cuisines to choose from. My favourite is Mexican rice that is served with a small bowl of hot spicy chutney. I still remember tasting it, and it was yumm. No where till, I have found an excellent combination. The taste was beyond words. Each and every flavour opened their layer and let me taste to its extremity. The Chinese and Italian cooked here are superb too. It is sad to see that such a good restaurant is not buzzed and talked about. If this place is once advertised on huge basis, I am sure that my little quiet nest of having peaceful lunch/dinner would be destroyed. Still, I hope that this place gets its dues. And, I totally love it.

Avoid platters except for indian platter. Continental is nice avoid italian. Try south indian better than sankalp
