poor packing & quality

We had a office get together dinner of 30 pax. and we went for the set menu which included one each of starter, mains and desert. We sat down for dinner at 7 pm. The first warning sign was when they made sit in a basement, very uncomfortable, where ACs where not working. Then there was not enough starters for all! Food taste was good but took 30 minutes to bring every item on the table. When inquired with waiter he rudely said that food is coming they are preapring it, we prebooked it then also they were not ready. Lastly people gave up after waiting for main course for 1 hour, we had to leave hungry. Beyond this the owner did had courtesy to say Sorry instead was rude when we complain about the AC and delay in food.

We went as aa group for unlimited in 150rs... It was aa bad experience... Everytime coconut chatni came it was more watery them last time... #Dosa batter was salty so everything item was the same salty... #Sambhar had no taste..on top of it... Seats where so closely arranged ..horrific..on top of these all ACs where not working... When we complained to the owner he was rude with us and was not even appologitic.
