Let me start by giving Melt in a thumbs up for the range of great offerings you have But please note the below mentioned points : 1) the staff today ( Sunday 1/7/2018, time 7 pm , ahmedabad one mall - floor 2) was pathetic Reason : they keep cracking jokes on customers - bad experience with myself and the customer prior to me in queue too 2) the bearded guy at the billing counter was so casual about things and despite getting all the signs that customers were not liking his mockery continued to make fun of orders and choices of the customers. I could easily have picked up a fight and shown that guy his place but having my family with me was a constraint as they r not used to such uncivilized situations My humble request to anyone hearing this from management team of Melt in - pls remember it’s the experience at your stores that makes ur products memorable- kind request to keep someone responsible and mature rather than such figures of shame at your retail counters

Worst ever visited .. Never got such type of behaviour from a service person ever . The service boy denied me to take photo ....! Again also denied to taste ice cream before ordering..! Even I told him that I need photos for review as I am a foodie.. Service person behaviour was too rude ..

A place that never disappoints you and gives you the best desert experience. Being it in the mall makes it a very refreshing treat every time one goes to shop.

Have tried melt in for the first time, There are almost all same flavours but with the authenticity in it, Fruit flavours were really good, I tried Raspberry and MANGO flavours- were pure sorbet of fruit pulp, The guy at outlet is generous and helps u to decide a flavour, Dark chocolate flavours were also really good, without milk, only chocolate.. That I tried just a spoonful but it was good, Raspberry: It was tangy, store keeper already warned me about it, so those who don't like tangy flavour better you try other flavours, I liked the flavour, its like more of frozen smoothie.. Good enough Mango with hint of white chocolate: I liked it, but if you don't like to much sweetness then I would say try a mango stick that's without chocolate or milk. For flavours I would rate it somewhere between 4 and 4.5.. Rates are definitely high 300₹ for two scoops, do the math yourself, Yet it can be tried for once, UPDATE, 6th March 2018, Flavours tried, Hazelnut & chocolate candy- it was good in taste, mild flavour of hazel.. Dark chocolate, brownie fudge and apricot cone- it was awesome, couldn't take a snap, was too busy in having it, strong bitter flavour smartly incorporated with fruit flavour, best of melt in 5/5 for this... Keep it up guys 👍
