Ordered birthday cake for a special birthday.  Pick up was 2 days later @ 4pm.  I was told i need not confirm. I show up at 5 and they have no clue.  It is 7pm and the cake is NOT delivered.  Please don't depend on them for your important days. There were about 8 people with not much to do and initially i had misplaced the receipt so they kept demanding the receipt and when receipt was presented finally all of them went blank. guests are at home and the birthday cake is NOT yet delivered.  We called them (note they never call to inform that revised 30 min delivery is delayed beyond 60 mins !).  they are not yet done with the delivery.  Terrible.

Kabhi B has been around for ages. They are one of the best bakers in ahmedabad. AMBIANCE: The nehrunagar store is well stocked every time. Different kinds of breads are on display everywhere. Various cakes and pastries are also show cased. One can easily go through the bread baskets and find the one needed. The interiors are nice and have a warm feel to it. (Ambiance: 4/5) FOOD: I prefer buying breads from Kabhi B. I have never tasted their cakes, pastries or assorted items. I have tried their various breads: pizza breads, sandwich breads, kulcha, burger buns, French loaf, garlic bread loaf. The breads are always fresh and stocked daily. My favourite one is the garlic bread loaf. It is stuffed with butter, herbs and garlic. They are genuinely good. (Food: 4.5/5) STAFF: They have the worst staff. They are very rude and arrogant. Just asked them that, can i take some pictures of the shop. They said no and i agreed. But they continously kept talking, even though i was not argueing. They even gave me the wrong bill, which i found out after reaching home.This place have one of the most obnoxious staff, i have ever encountered.(Staff: 0/5) Their breads cost a little more than the regular brand. If you just buy the bread and walk out, it will be best. Don't even try to ask them a question, otherwise they have to make some some effort to answer and will spoil their mood. I recommend not to visit this store, even during any calamities.

Preferred outlet of Kabhi B at Nehru nagar, as being Studio has got more varieties of cakes and readily available. Snacks options are good .

I visited kabhi b studio on 22nd Apr evening.Very rude and inappropriate behavior of the staff person who was sitting at billing counter.first he refused to accept vodafone voucher.when i asked the reason, he behaved rudly and said no without reason..while one of his staff said yes to accept..he became furious and fought with him.i asked the number of the owner of the outlet..he stood up and went in kitchen.i am not.going to visit this outlet again. If owner of outlet is reading this,he should take some steps coz this guy spoils the image.

I'm writing this review about this outlet coz i had great experience with them, me n my cousin used to go for Pastries ag KabhiB in night, many Places gets close around 11-11:30, that day we find many bakery but disappointed but, guy from This outlet was about to close shutter, but he reopen and let us have Those yummy Pastries as we requested.
