A basic assumption that comes to your mind when you visit a cafe in a 5star hotel is that the service is going to be extra ordinary. But reality check, this cafe has self-service. There's just 2 staff and they make all their guests stay in a line for placing a damn order? What kind of 5star hotel is this?! They place is not so pricey either. They staff isnt so welcoming either.

This place never seems to disappoint with its pathetic coffee. One cannot have such a greay ambience with an below average coffee, especially, when it is your last drink for the night. Too much of ice ruins the taste in my cold coffee, and makes it more like a coolant, and less of coffee. However, the ambience gives you a warmth and makes you feel ecstatic
