I and my friend (Chirag Dudhait) are huge fan of Kathiyawadi food, To start with as you will settle down you will see lots of pickles on the table. For pickle lover he/she will definitely love this place. Just try garlic pickle its awesome guys. Now coming to main course we ordered lasaniya bataka (garlic potato) than bharelu dungri nu shak ( onion masala) dahi ni tikhari with roti.   I would had rated more, but lasaniya bataka was quite average and expected it more spicy but over all it was perfectly made pure kathyawadi style and test was also awesome! The quantities were good. If you are looking for Kathiyawadi food, good one, then this is a must visit place.

Ambience : 3.5/5 Food : 4/5 Value for money : 2/5 Service : 2/5 I just have visited this place yesterday. We ordered Paneer Bhurji , Dahi Bhindi nd Lasania Bataka. The taste was not so good. You can have different types of salad (unlimited). But the quantity they provide is not enough for an average person's diet.We were 6 people. 3 sabjis are not enough for 6 people. You must have to order minimum 5 sabjis. Overall it was ok ok experience. You can think of another restaurant instead of this. Not highly recommended. Happy Eating 😉

Have been to this place around 10 times ....great kathiyawadi food(bengan bharta) and the best thing is the accessory pickles and salad that is present on each table .... ambience is average ...worth a visit if you love kathiyawadi food

Khodiyar Kathiyawadi is a popular name in Kathiyawadi restaurants. I-Shree Khodal Kathiyawadi is a branch of Khodiyar Kathiyawadi and located at Prahladnagar in Satellite area of Ahmedabad. This restaurant is famous for its various options in authentic Kathiyawadi food as well as some fusion foods. Food overall is okay however sabzis are bit too oily. On our recent visit, we had Lasaniya Bataka, Ringan Nu Olu, Sev Tameta along with Chapati, Rotla, Kadhi Khichdi, Chaas and Papad. They also generously serve various pickles, chutneys and salads complimentary. The ambience is okay and the service is average. Overall a decent experience of Kathiyawadi food and worth a visit.

It is very simple and nice place with good quality of staff. Lots of variety of pickels along with pure kathiyawadi food. It may be oily and sweet but if you specify before they manage it accordingly. Homely food with good varieties.
