I ordered some cones online before I haven’t had any problem, today at 8:59 the delivery guy called me to confirm the addres unfortunately I don’t speak the language, I’m not from India, so soon I contacted zomato and explain the situation they called the restaurant and they deliver the ice creams I paid te exactly amount, but then after almost an hour the delivery person started calling me I picked up as I though maybe something is wrong, he just keep saying madam zomato vadilal I told him I don’t understand he laughs so I hanged the call, and then again and again till 10:51 I was so angry I pick up again and he keeps saying madam zomato. So I contacted zomato told the situation gave them the number and oh surprise they told the number I provided was not working ... I asked them to call the restaurant coz I wanted to know why is that there are calling me for the restaurant told zomato that they haven’t called me at all, which is very weird.. Zomato told me they provide the restaurant with the number I mentioned and the restaurant said they don’t know that number, ... I’m very disappointed on the situation very unprofessional will never order anything from here, and now I’ very concern about zomato having my contact information happening what happen today, Is not safe at all. And am posting the number from where I got the creepy calls
