Dangee Dums one of the great brand in Area, quality of cakes was too good compare to price, But here i was give 1 star because of service by outlet Employee of outlet don’t know how to talk with customer, as i have told that last time I don’t get proper cake but he is can’t listen anything and arguing me. Too bad, so next time i will must visit other outlet.

Nothing can be worse than ordering pastry in desert and getting a pastry which is rock solid. The staff was not ready to accept that its not at all fresh, they were rude to argue and not exchange saying this js the only piece of pastry available. Would recommend never to visit here for pastries, they have the stalest of items with cheap rates that attract people along with staff who surely don't know how to deal with customers.

Third class customer service.. I am very surprised with their third class staff, specially it's cashier. I bought chootu cake for take away. When I request him to give me 2 disposable spoon. He refused it very rudely.. He told me "we could not give you this spoon we have disposable spoons for our indoor service only". .. Really!!???? 😲If customer is buying your cake so you don't have any responsibility to give disposable spoons..!!! I am not going to buy anything from this shop.

All this 4 points for the consistency in the delicious taste and wonderful flavours that confuse you (because temptation level: High)! Dangee Dums is filling yet it leaves you asking for more, in the end. My picks: Red velvet, Belgium chocolate and in fact, you won't go wrong with any of them. Moreover, the pretty little cupcakes suit wonderfully for gifting purpose!

An amazing place for cake lovers. Situated on the main road with good visibility. Have tried their Belgium chochlate cake which was delicious. They also have options for small cakes in different flavours. Certainly worth giving a try.
