Undoubtedly one of the best family dinners we’ve had. My parents and I living abroad whilst my grandparents living in Ahmedabad, family dinners like these should be memorable. China House really did step up and match my expectations and give us an amazing peaceful Friday night family dinner with awe striking food. We’re vegetarians so I called up beforehand to ask about the way they cook their vegetarian meals. Without hesitation they answered that they have separate utensils, etc for vegetarian so told us not to worry, this really did ease our worry! We had the: -Sichuan Hot & Sour Vegetable soup with bamboo shoot; -Crystal Vegetable Dumplings; -Clay Pot Seasonal Vegetables with Sichuan Chilli Sauce -Fried Noodles with Beansprout, Bell Pepper, Chinese Cabbage & Mushroom -Vegetable Maki Roll I must say, all of the dishes were made to perfection and absolutely delicious! We had asked for no mushrooms due to my grandparents not liking them and they were so helpful and easy going about it. The service was fantastic, you really feel special! With valet parking and a staff member always around to help, it really made a difference! We even asked to meet the chef to tell him we loved his dishes, the lovely Chinese man was absolutely delighted. Couldn’t speak English that well, bless his soul, but that didn’t matter, what mattered was his talent for cooking! The price was actually very affordable, nothing at all, just like peas for amazing food and an experience like this! The privacy and attention we got alongside the lovely food made the evening extremely special and one the five of us will always remember! Thank you, China House! I’ll be sure to come again when I’m back!!

Firstly the ambience is really good... And lots place for private groups... I would give it 4.5/5 for ambience. We ordered the veg hot & sour soup which was really good, very rich flavoursome broth, next was crispy veg which again was crackling crisp and delicious, we also tried the veg crystal dimsum they were good but I think the sauces on the table can be improvised upon... For main course we had veg chilli garlic Noddles again the noodles were also very good, lovely hit of garlic and chilli only downside was that it was slightly more oiler than we'd prefer. We were tempted to try desserts and I think I would like to go there again & again for their caramel rocher bar it was that good. We tried the cherry chocolate mousse too which again was equally delicious.

Amazing food and great service. This place has become a part of weekly routine. Thanks to awesome food and courteous staff. Authentic food, good ambiance and great service.

Visited with a friend. We ordered the Crystal Prawn Dumplings, the new Beggar’s Chicken and Waitan Coolers. The dumplings and coolers were amazing; the chicken was worth a try. Great ambience and service; overall a typically pleasant Hyatt experience. Surely one of the best places to have Chinese/ Asian in Ahmedabad.

We went with lost of expectations by seeing reviews and ratings but we are totally disappointed. They didn’t follow our instructions which we gave before ordering. They failed to explained us about food and it’s quantity.
