delivered after 3 hours of.order....i want refund of.my money......when i booked it showed it will be delivered after 1 hour !!!!

Pastries not delivered properly. The are spoiled.

Pathetic delivery service! Took over half an hour to get a confirmation on my order, that too only to be informed that my delivery can't be made because 2 out of 3 items can't be made available. Highly disappointed. Never ordering from here again.

Once upon a time there was a big name CAKES 'N' BAKES..IT was one.of the finest bakery in 2002 2003 times like there was no competition...their black forest was out of the world...now everything is chnaged...their quality taste...had a bad experience 2 times. Cake was very hard nd dry nd after that i had stop trying here

We mostly get cakes frm here fr all d occasions. We have tried pineapple, black forest, white forest, chocolate cake here. But the best we got was fruit cake which we ordered on our daughter's birthday. It was so yummy and fruity. It still remains our favourite cake place.
