Please value the time promised... this ruined the moment planned for someone

Horrible if you order online. They accepted my order but i never received the ice cream. Even the zomato people were unable to contact them.

Quality of service particularly online ordering is so poor. On order of ice cream give u flavored milkshakes. Quality of ice cream is so poor

You Guys Should Close Down. Like Seriously. I was highly disappointed with my last visit at this branch. SO LESS QUANTITY FOR SO MUCH PRICE. Being a regular customer of Baskin Robins i felt cheated. I had ordered a same usual order of a Double Sundae and was charged 275/- and i did get even a half of worth the price ice cream.

This point is just for quality they are providing.. Ordered on ZOMATO and at that time it was open for 50 minutes. But after placing order they denied.. ZOMATO conveyed sorry but this mean cannot trust for future orders..
