Rambabu Parantha Bhandar Reviews and Ratings - Civil Lines, Agra

Rated 3.0 by The_indianfoodseeker

This place is one of the oldest restaurants of agra serving prathas from years but now the taste has changed a lot. Prathas are more oily deep fried is desi ghee and with less taste. They should work on their taste now as the quality is decreasing day by day.

Heard of this place many times.... So I decided to visit it on my trip to Agra... I tried paneer Paratha, aloo Paratha, gobhi Paratha, Dal Paratha and lassi . All parathas were served with aloo ki sabzi, kadhi and mix veg . Except Dal Paratha, all other stuff was nice. They should serve curd also with no extra charge as each Paratha costs approx. 170/-

Rambabu Parantha wala, It's always in my mind whenever I am on visit on the way to Agra, Mathura, Vrindavan and even Kokilawan. Now they are also opened there branch in Vrindavan also. I loved every prantha of this food joint. The chutney, Bhaji and the kadi they served is always same as last servings. They serves it again and again complementary with pranthas. So when ever I thought to visit Agra or Vrindavan, The lunch or dinner is always in plans at Rambabu.

I can still give it a 3.5 All the people with high cholesterol levels please avoid this place.... People with long cars too can avoid it ;) They serve deep fried paranthas which are served super hot and dripping in oil... The taste is good though but u will have a guilt feeling for long... We were 2 ppl and ordered Gobhi parantha and Aloo pyaz parantha and both were well filled... A must try is the kullad wali chaas...
