An amazing place to visit with your friends and family for dine out. Went to Agra for a weekend gateway with my friends, As hotel was booked so could not get to stay at Radisson Blu but had lunch at Palato. Amazing buffet spread, we went for lunch with an idea of A-La-Cate but after looking at the lunch menu, all of us changed our mind to buffet. Ambience: 5/5 Perfect blend of classy and stylish interior, spacious enough to accommodate more than 100 pax at one time. They do have separate dining area for couples to create a romantic ambience. Service: 5/5 Staff was courteous , polite , friendly and prompt in providing service. Food quality: 5/5 Amazing food quality, though restaurant offers a huge variety of cuisines but the chat counter was outstanding. We got it customized as we want it. A must visit place

My first visit to this restaurant...and definitely my last. We entered the place and requested a seating with a sofa since we had a small child who was asleep. We were denied that due to a leaking ac which apparently made the entire section unseatable. We then asked for a baby chair. To our surprise (horror) neither did it have straps nor did it have a front bar to restrain the baby. Enough about the facilities, now we come to their service. Water was never offered to us. We had to ask twice for it to appear. When one of our companions asked for a glass for water, instead of getting a fresh one from inside, the server merely took the one in front of my 4-year old son (which he was using) and gave it to her. At the dessert counter, plates and spoons were not available. When I returned to my place and asked for a spoon from my server, he rudely pointed a finger at the counter and told me that it was there. On telling him that there weren't any spoons there, he walked away never to return. When my wife asked for a plate at the desert counter, she was provided with a main plate and soup spoon. If that is not enough, while my companions were at the dessert counter, the staff decided to close the table (with me sitting at it) by collecting the settings including the napkin. When I asked them why, I was asked to look at my watch and see that it was the time for the buffet to be closed (2235). When I told him that the buffet may be closed for serving but we were still occupying the table, he seemed to relent and offered me fresh napkins. Looking around the restaurant, one gets the feeling that the staff doesn't seem to like their jobs. Either they were hurriedly cleaning up the tables or fighting with each other. They seemed to resent the presence of their customers. The way we were treated and served left a bad taste in the mouth and we would definitely not be visiting this restaurant again or recommend the same to anybody else. A very sad state for a brand like Radisson.

Visited this hotel in the Second last week of June. This restaurant is located on 2nd Floor in the Radisson Blu Hotel in Agra. Plus, this restaurant is a part of the new building of the Radisson Blu. Ambience: This restaurant is definitely one of the best restaurant I've ever seen in my entire life. It's so spacious that even if it's full still, you'll not feel crowded. 5/5 Service: The service is fine but the number of staff is less than the required, stressing the staff providing service. Special thanks to Mr. SB Oli (Asian MasterChef) for providing us an exceptional experience. Food: The restaurant offers a huge variety of cuisines. But the best part is the Chaat Counter they have, letting you prepare your chaat by your need. And, also the food tastes delicious.

Had two meals during my stay in Agra. The new restaurant is huge, has amazing ceiling height. Breakfast was good with multiple live stations and chefs prepare customised choices. Service is quite prompt, a value for money place for buffet breakfast. Dinner buffet is elaborate with limited non vegetarian choices. Huge variety of desserts but salads options were just few. Italian preps - pasta/pizza were good, Asian main course was just alright and Indian cuisine was better. Service is well attentively quick. Little expensive basis the overall experience.
I love this place . The place is huge with high ceilings and an outside seating area which has waterways that pass along ur tables . The ambience is a 5star experience and the service too. The food is also excellent. The price you pay is wat u except and ull get that !! Except that the staff are really slow and the food portions are unimaginable (KIDS SIZE) Almost all the meals are like KUDS MEAL . But the taste is good though!
