Paatra - Jaypee Palace Hotel Reviews and Ratings - Taj Ganj, Agra

Insane!

Rated 5.0 by Mayank Katyal

My go-to place for an authentic mughlai cuisine. Absolutely a great delight, always. From the ambience to live ghazals and the fantastic selective signature menu serving the food that has a character. Galaout kebabs and Raan are highly recommended.

Tried this restaurant while our weekend stay at the Jaypee Palace. Was torn between Patra and Peshawari for Dinner. Decided to go for Patra to try the food & boy were we surprised. The food was finger licking good. We tried the Nalli Roganjosh & Palak Badami Kofta with Naan. Both were Excellent. But the Rogan Josh was heavenly. It was so good that we ordered another course. Major compliments to the Chef. The only drawback was the service. Would advise the restaurant to improve the service standards with the quality of the food. Overall a must try while in Agra. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

JP is a brilliant property, probably the best around Agra. Paatra serves up very good tandoori chicken and tikka. The lamb leg was good as well so was the butter chicken. Probably the best dal makhni I've had.

The food is super delicious and chicken is so fresh ๐Ÿ— but it is in super luxury hotel so it has to be little expensive but over all food and ambience is so super sexy ๐Ÿ˜ both veg and non veg ๐Ÿ‘…

Well...

How can Indians screw up Indian food especially the ones who claim to be fine dining ? Go to Paatra and discover this miracle. You may just get crisp rumali and soft tandoori roti along with an overdose of garam masala in the rest of your order. If average restaurants can cook up better food then should'nt the Jaypee management do some introspection?
