Indiana Restaurant Reviews and Ratings - Taj Ganj, Agra

Rated 1.0 by Zeeshan

Found hair/ mutton was undercooked. The food tables weren’t cleaned, travelled 40 minutes to get there. But was totally disappointed. Staff is really friendly though.

Loved it!

The prices are on the higher side, but of course, its Agra, hence, it should be overpriced. I went with my parents for dinner. We had chicken spring roll and sweet corn chicken soup which tasted excellent. Gosht pulaao tasted brilliant. The spices are perfectly blended and boy! The staff was so courteous. We had Petha in our dessert and it was awesome. Truly, a great experience, indeed. Would love to visit this place, again! 😋

Good Enough

They give commission to the autowalas and other travel guides to recommend their place...coming to the food, we ordered chicken biryani ...the quality of chicken biryani is very good....prices are on a higher side...

Absolute TOURIST TRAP beware. I went here with my fiance after our taj visit. I believe they have tie ups with the tou companies, which drive in plenty traffic here. So dont be fooled by the fact that the place is busyish  We ordered the butter chicken, the rogan josh, the chicken malai tikka and a mutton saag.  The butter chicken and malai tikka were avg . at best. nothing special The mutton was grossly undercooked, chewy and didnt taste like what a rogan josh is supposed to taste like.  Also, the place was way pricey, we ended up paying Rs 3000ish for 3 people. Complete ripoff. Please ask your guide to take you some place else, if you are visiting the taj and looking for a lunch spot.
